DKN vibration machines are wonderful in power and unique in design. Their aerodynamic design speaks volumes about the science and art go in building their machines. And yet, these machines are compact - they occupy surprisingly little space. DKN machines are seen both in households a well as in health clubs and other commercial settings. The motors are quiet and last long, and the machines are heavy enough so they never act like a walking machine and never rattle the floor. I love their XG10 Pro, XG10 and XG5 Pro. The Pro versions come with a training screen that would work the user through the possible exercises.

The health freaks taking heavy exercises and building muscles love using DKN. In fact, DKN machines are among the best for those who need heavy exercises, as the machines generate tremendous g-force. It has remained a favorite among this segment since early 2000's, and has been flourishing in the health business since that time. The quality they produce has been time-tested, proving itself over these decades.

The owner of DKN is a respected name in the vibration machine industry. He has been in this business for long. He has started several vibration machine brands, stabilized them and moved away (I do not imply that all that he has moved away from, have remained perfect after he moved!). And in DKN, the machines that his team produces are wonderful for overall health and fitness. Hence, it does not come as a surprise that DKN machines are found aplenty in the gyms all over the USA. The heavy exercises they can keep providing over long time durations make them apple of the eye for gym owners, sports coaches, body builders and heavy exercise takers in general.

DKN machines produce linear vibrations, but are better than almost every other linear vibration producing company (some other really good linear machines of top quality are HyperGravity and PowerVibe). Being a linear vibration machine, muscle and power building, bone density improvement and HGH release are among the primary benefits of the machine.

My partner has tried to work with 75 lb dumbbells on the DKN XG10 Pro. Nothing changed - the machine remained as powerful as it was without the dumbbells, as if it had no been loaded at all - which is thoroughly impressive (if you have been on vibration machines before, then you would know why I am calling this as impressive). The machine didn't even become warm in spite of those additional dumbbells.

All of DKN XG machines have been tried by my team, and each of them are wonderful. XG10 Pro goes up to 12G without breaking a sweat, and produces a 4 mm vibration amplitude at that level. The XG5 Pro and XG3 are also really good. They are all quiet, powerful machines with adequate frequency, amplitude and g-force. With a 12-program preset board, a manual programmable wide frequency range, program management auto-repeat, hard-grounded load-carrying capacity and the ease of doing all this without even getting warm for long durations, I rate the XG10 Pro among the top-3 machines of modern times, across all technologies.

A word of caution. DKN machines, wonderful as they are, produce linear vibrations. So that does not suit a lot of people with a combination of certain symptoms (a combination of some of knee, bone, heart and a few more).
