G-Force of vibration machines and how that impacts the human body
G stands for gravitation - that same old omnipresent force that pulls us down to earth and gives everything a "weight". If I were to look at it from the point of view of a physicist, the G-force of machine would represent the acceleration that a vibration machine is capable of producing on the body.
Technically, the G-force of a machine is the acceleration, measured in terms of G (the earth's acceleration), that a machine is capable of producing on an exercise taker standing on the machine. The higher is the G-force, the higher is the acceleration that the body experiences, and the higher is the impact on the body. A smaller vibration platform (that can be easily moved fast) and a stronger motor (that can move and accelerate the platform fast) will produce a higher G-force. As the platform size grows or the machine motor becomes weaker (with age), it becomes harder to move the platform as fast, and the machine generates lesser G-force. Each machine has a G-force rating also, along with vibration frequency, vibration amplitude and weight capacity ratings.
As obvious, G-force is nothing but the measure of acceleration (rate of change of velocity) that the body experiences during the vibration session. So the higher is the G-force, the higher will be the intensity of exercise the user would experience. The effect of generating a strong G-force telling, as one would realize whenever they experience it. Two of the highest levels of G's come from the machines made by Hypervibe and Vivo Vibe. If you look at the design on both of these you will notice a smaller then average platform.
A good G-force is precisely the reason that I believe Hypervibe is one of the most promising machines. A session on the Hypervibe G17 (a model that I really like a lot) is wonderful because of the G-force that the machine generates - you will love it. From what we hear on the phone calls, the high G-force produced by these machines are among the most loved factors by many people, among all the factors that exist.
By the way, while the 17.4 G force that Hypervibe and similar high G-force given by a few other brands that I love (most notable ones being DKN and Vivo Vibe) is awesome, there is another chool of individuals that are satisfied with G-forces of 6-8 G. This lower range of G-force is good for senior citizens and those who just want to maintain health, do lymphatic drainage, joint relaxation and detox. But if you are someone who wants to do heavy workouts in short time spans, you would want to explore the machines with higher G-forces.
As a next step, you may want to take the quiz (click here) or have a discussion with me on the phone (1-888-228-4387) if you want to better understand what G-force range will work well for you, and want to have a discussion with me.
I promise to have the lowest prices anywhere, for all brands and models. If you find a machine listed at a lower price within 30 days of purchase from me, I shall refund what you paid extra. Call me before you buy (1-888-228-4387) and ask for the lowest prices. You will save at least $200-$600, if not more. I am not permitted to advertise those prices online, not even with coupons, so call me up or write me an email.
